Courses, Retreats & Events

What distinguishes us from others is that all our Courses and Retreats are taught by qualified teachers, who teach in accordance with the Kadampa tradition, which  teachings can be traced back all the way to Buddha Shakyamuni. Without qualified meditation teachers guiding and inspiring us we have no opportunity to meet Buddhas teachings or learn to integrate them into our busy modern lives.

Please view all the events listed below and if you require any further information or guidance on a course please contact: epc@meditation.org.za
