Claudia has a remarkable understanding of Buddha's teachings and is able to give very clear and relevant examples on how to apply these timeless solutions to our everyday problems.

The classes last for about an hour and afterwards there is time for some Q & A with tea/coffee and biscuits.

Colinda Linde.

Colinda is well known and loved for her clear understanding and lucid way of teaching and shows an inspiring example of a Kadampa teacher. Colinda is also a co presentor of the Dharma for kids class and shares her insights as a parent and as a mother. The classes last for about an hour and afterwards there is time for questions and answers with tea/coffee and biscuits.
