Join the 21 day Meditation challenge, starting 10 February – 02 March and stand a chance to win a hamper.
The challenge is to meditate each day for 10 – 15 minutes for 21 days, either at home, work, or at the centre or your branch class. Experience the benefits of a daily meditation routine and support the centre for R60.
Choose a meditation object that you enjoy, it can be your breath, or any of the 21 meditations from the New Meditation Handbook.
Please speak to your Teacher should you be unsure of your meditation object.
Collect a calendar from the centre, or your branch class and mark off each meditation. End the challenge by joining us for a guided meditation on Friday 2nd March, 18:30 at the centre, after which the draw of a hamper will take place. Refreshments will be served.
