Nobody is harder on us, then ourselves!
The amount of self-doubt that our mind can produce can be torturous for us and we can often feel trapped as a result.
Buddha taught that it is only through controlling our mind that we can gain freedom from these feelings of self-loathing. In this course, we will be taught how to develop a realistic love and empathy for ourselves.
