Freedom from unpleasant feelings caused by anxiety and fear is not about a short holiday away from our problems, but rather a mindful gradual journey towards inner control.
Many people suffer from feelings of fear and constant anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life.
During this course, Kelsang Phuntsog will explore mindfulness methods, meditations and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to become fearless in the face of adversity and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively.
