Half day Course : Why Meditate?

Drawing on her experience of integrating meditation into her life as a busy working professional, Claudia Steinert will explain how we can use meditation to overcome the daily challenge of dealing with stress and anxiety, how to develop a more positive approach to difficulties, and relying more upon our own inner strength, rather than perceived external solutions, in order to solve these challenges.
The talk will include guided meditations with plenty of time for questions and answers.
