Half Day: Overcoming Anger

Anger can take many forms, from mild irritation to rage. It is always painful and destructive. Through practicing Buddha’s teachings we can learn how it is possible to reduce the frequency and intensity of our anger, and eventually eradicate it altogether.
This course will include guided meditations and practical advice on how to manage and overcome our anger.
