Learn To Meditate Course

Normally our mind likes to travel all over the place (perhaps you’ve noticed?). In meditation we learn to shift our state of mind from one that is constantly distracted to one that is centre, focused and at peace.
On this course you will learn how to practice breathing meditation and integrate inner peace into your daily life.
