About the Lecture
When we find our self-overcome by many bad situations, uncomfortable feelings and difficult thoughts that plague our mind, how do we find peace? Letting go means making peace with the things in our life that cause pain, through wisdom.
Learn how resentment, anger, attachment and confusion can be reduced and finally abandoned, leading to true happiness. Meditation is a heartfelt practice, your heart moves and your life changes. You can find freedom from uncomfortable feelings, don’t just imagine what it could feel like, come and experience it.
The lecture will be led by Buddhist monk Kelsang Phuntsog, who has been teaching meditation in Durban on the North Coast for many years and shows a humble, kind example as a practitioner. His clear explanations of Buddha’s teachings give us the confidence to practise them in our daily life
