About the Speaker
Kelsang Phuntsog is a Buddhist monk, who has been teaching meditation in Durban on the North Coast for many years. He shows a humble, kind example as a practitioner. His clear explanations of Buddha’s teachings give us the confidence to practise them in our daily life.
