Love is the greatest source of happiness there is, but attachment causes no end of pain. We love each other and yet we are not free from the experience of suffering and pain.
The relationships between parents and their children, between couples, or even just between friends, often suffer from misunderstanding, unrealistic expectations, blaming, and sometimes even disputes and fighting.
To experience the joy of true love we need to acquire the skill to identify our own inner attachment and learn to reduce and eradicate it from our mind.
