Kelsang Mila will give an inspirational PUBLIC TALK on Positive Thinking.  She will introduce and explain how to develop the valuable mental tools required to maintaining a positive, happy and peaceful mind in the face of our often challenging, and difficult modern day life.

Kelsang Mila a Buddhist nun, helps people through meditation and advice on how to improve their relationships with others.
