Retreats
The Kadampa Geshe Chekhawa said
"Apply meditation to whatever circumstances you meet".
We need this advice for happiness in our daily lives as well as successful spiritual progress. Each of the retreats that will be held at the Centre are part of the Kadam Tradition of emphasizing both study and meditation and practising sincerely in daily life all the meanings of Buddha’s teachings. Each of the retreats is an integral part of the stages of the path to enlightenment.
