Karma means “action”, and it refers to the actions of our body, speech and mind. Suffering is created by our own actions or karma – it is not given to us as a punishment.

For every action we perform we experience a similar result. Kelsang Gyaltsen will explain why things turn out the way they do and how we can determine our future experiences.
