Classes include a short discussion about everyday experiences relevant to children, guided meditation, and Buddhist wisdom teachings to foster habits such as kindness, cooperation, patience, and giving. \nSuitable ages: 5 years – 12 years.\n \nEveryone Welcome !\n \nHow to join in?\nIn Person at Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Center\nThe Woods, 345 Jan Smuts Ave, Upper level, Craighall Park, 2196\nPlease use the Rothesay Avenue entrance to the parking lot. Park at Baby City and use those steps to come up to the upper level courtyard.\nWe have a book shop to browse, water on sale.
