This six-session yoga has been specially arranged for those who have received a Vajrayogini empowerment.\n \nHow to join in?\n In Person at Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Center\nThe Woods Shopping Centre, 345 Jan Smuts Ave, Upper level, Craighall Park, 2196\n \nBest place to park? \nPlease use the Rothesay entrance and use the outside staircase. \nWalk through the passage to the courtyard, we are the shop in the corner. \n \nPlease arrive a few minutes before the event starts to register and settle in.  We have a book shop to browse, water on sale.
