Generally around Mother’s Day, we have an opportunity to appreciate the kindness of our mother, a kindness we have received throughout our life. Buddha gave profound teachings on the kindness of mothers to help us with this recognition. Bring your mom in person, or in your heart
Learn how to meditate, connect to the love in your heart for your own inner peace and well-being.
Arrive around 10:30 for delicious snacks with tea and coffee and enjoy a meditation class. Plenty of time to ask questions afterwards too,

In Person at Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Center
The Woods, 345 Jan Smuts Ave, Upper level, Craighall Park, 2196
Please use Rothesay Avenue entrance to the parking lot. Park at Baby City and use those steps to come up to the Upper Level courtyard.
Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the event starts to register and settle in. We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking.
