This meditation series will be based on the book, Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life.

No need to wear special clothing. Dress comfortably. We sit on chairs or you can sit on a cushion and mat on the floor, which we provide. You can pay at the door.

Please use the Rothesay Avenue entrance to the parking lot. Park at Baby City and use those steps to come up to the upper level courtyard.
You are invited to arrive a few minutes before the class starts to register and settle in or have a cup of tea or coffee. We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking. After the class there are refreshments and an opportunity to ask questions informally and meet other people.
