In this series of classes and meditations we will use Buddha’s wisdom to identify our self correctly and thereby guide our self away from problems and difficulties towards a more peaceful and happier way of life.

What to expect at a class:
A short guided breathing meditation to connect and experience some inner peace. No prior experience is necessary.
Every week the teachings explore one aspect of Buddha’s teachings, which focus on solutions to our everyday problems.
We conclude with a meditation based on the teaching of that day. You’re welcome to stay for a cup of tea and a chat.
Secure parking inside. Please arrive 5 – 10 minutes before the class starts to register and settle in. It is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes.
