Guided Meditation
A short guided breathing meditation to connect and experience some inner peace. No prior experience is necessary.
Short Talk
Every week the teachings explore one aspect of Buddha’s teachings, which focus on solutions to our everyday problems
Conclusion
We conclude with a meditation based on the teaching of that day. You’re welcome to stay for a cup of tea and a chat.
About the Teacher:
Gen Kelsang Mila is the resident teacher of Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Center, and an ordained Buddhist nun in the New Kadampa Tradition. Her teachings are always practical and easy to apply to everyday life.
Visitors parking available in the complex. Please arrive a few minutes before the class starts to register and settle in. It is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes.
