What to expect at a class:
Guided Meditation
A short guided breathing meditation to connect and experience some inner peace. No prior experience is necessary.
Short Talk
Every week the teachings explore one aspect of Buddha’s teachings, which focuses on solutions to help us with our everyday problems.
Conclusion
We conclude with a meditation based on the teaching of that day. You’re welcome to stay for a cup of tea and a chat.
Visitors parking available in complex. Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts to register and settle in. It is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes.
