A Meditation Course in Brooklyn- Healing Our Self & Others with Gen Kelsang Mila

May 6 @ 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Buddha taught many meditations for increasing our well-being and creating a healthy body and a positive mind. This course will introduce you to a powerful healing meditation called Taking and Giving which is perfect for everyone, from first timers to those who have been meditating for many years.

By learning to meditate from our heart we can experience deep inner peace, learn to accept difficult situations and deepen our love and compassion. In this way we can become light and free within ourself, find greater meaning and joy in our life, and improve our relationships with others.

“When our mind has the nature of love we naturally feel happy and peaceful” ~ Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
