The way in which we relate to ourself affects every area of our life. Therefore we need a positive self-view and the ability to be strong and happy regardless of life’s challenges and what others may think of us.

Buddha explained the art of self-acceptance and taught many positive thinking techniques for developing inner strength and confidence.

In this course we will learn these techniques for enjoying stable self-esteem and happiness, and unlock our limitless potential for self-transformation.
