Annoyance, irritation, and anger rob us of our peace of mind and happiness. When we feel impatient or irritable, we usually become impulsive, making mistakes in our relationships and our actions.
In today’s difficult times, we especially need the transformative power of patience. When we learn to practice patience, we can overcome these painful and destructive emotions even during difficulties. This practice frees our mind to find effective solutions to problems that we would not have thought of when we were angry.
In this course, Matevhu Davhana will give practical advice on how to develop and strengthen our patient acceptance. With consistent effort, anyone can develop this ability. This brings more peace and happiness into our mind, making hard times easier to bear.
Everyone is welcome !
