Take half an hour to connect to inner peace, so you can be the best version of yourself for the rest of the day.

Please use the Rothesay Avenue entrance to the parking lot. Park at Baby City and use those steps to come up to the upper level courtyard.
Please arrive a few minutes before the class starts to register and settle in. There is secure and ample parking.
