Join us to find out more about the Buddhist way of life.
Gen Kelsang Mila will guide a one day Retreat, explaining the practice and importance of Going for Refuge and guide three sessions, with three different meditations.
On this Retreat we stop all forms of busyness and extraneous activities for one day, and concentrate on the practice of Refuge. By reading, contemplating and meditating, your understanding of Refuge and its benefits will grow, giving you an anchor for you in your life.
Through the practice of going for refuge, we establish an experience of peace within our heart and gain confidence and strength to overcome our inner problems and can help others to do the same.
Everyone is welcome!
