In this series, through understanding our mind, we have the opportunity to develop and maintain a light, positive mind – showing how to recognize and abandon states of mind that harm us, and to replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones.
How to join in
Online events will be hosted on Zoom. When you RSVP or purchase a ticket the Zoom link will be on the ticket that is emailed to you. If you do not receive a ticket after you purchase or RSVP please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to register and settle in.
We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking.
