Inspiring Solutions for Difficult Times

May 25 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Public Talk & Meditation with International Teacher Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang

Join internationally renowned teacher and Kadampa Buddhist nun, Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang, at the Johannesburg Country Club, Auckland Park, for a life-changing talk on meditation and how we can learn to change our mind. Through this we can transform our day-to-day problems  even the most demanding and difficult ones  into opportunities for personal and spiritual growth. This gives us the understanding to develop love, compassion and wisdom, which in turn gives us the power and freedom to improve the quality of our lives.

The Teacher
