We all have mental habits that seem hard to break. We consider them ‘bad’ or unhealthy, even destructive. Unfortunately, many of these tendencies also make us unhappy or even harm our health. We don’t seem to want to follow them, but we do follow them anyway, as if we are trapped. Buddha’s astounding insights into the mind gives us the tools to understand how and why we create compulsive patterns of behavior, and consequently how we can let go of them and replace them with positive behaviors.
In this course, we’ll learn how to recognise and free ourselves from these inner enemies and thereby experience true peace and happiness.
After the class there is free tea and coffee, and an opportunity to ask questions informally, meet other people.
We look forward to seeing you there.!
