Each class consists of a guided meditation to calm the mind, a short talk on the topic , then a final meditation to apply the advice you received, helping you to meditate on your own.

How to join in
Online events will be hosted on Zoom. When you RSVP or purchase a ticket the Zoom link will be on the ticket that is emailed to you. If you do not receive a ticket after you purchase or RSVP please contact email@example.com
Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts to register and settle in.
We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking.
