Meditation is Essential for Human Happiness. So, we need to practice meditation. The reason is very simple, meditation makes our mind peaceful and when our mind is peaceful, we are happy all the time whatever circumstances we find ourself in.
How to join in?
In Person at Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Center
Please arrive 10 minutes before the event starts to register and settle in. We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking.
Online option (for those who are unable to attend In Person)
Download Zoom (free). When you purchase a ticket, the Zoom url link will be on the ticket that is emailed to you.
