Join Buddhist nun, and resident teacher, Gen Kelsang Mila to learn the art of meditation.
Receive tools on how to train in mindfulness, alertness and instruction on the essential meditation techniques taught by Buddha to experience a deep mental freedom and joy that comes through taming our mind.
After the class there is free tea and coffee, and an opportunity to ask questions informally, meet other people.

How to join in?
In Person at Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Center
The Woods, 345 Jan Smuts Ave, Upper level, Craighall Park, 2196
Please use Rothesay Avenue entrance to the parking lot. Park at Baby City and use those steps to come up to the Upper Level courtyard.
Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the event starts to register and settle in. We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking.
