In this six week series we will explore a sequence of helpful meditations to help keep our minds happy.
Happiness is something that each one of us has the potential to experience, but often our habitual ways of thinking take us in the opposite direction. Gen Kelsang Mila will share Buddha’s advice on some of the habits of happy people that can enrich our lives. We will explore several meditations and ways of thinking that can uplift our mind to maintain a light and joyful attitude whatever life throws our way.
Great for beginners as well as those with some experience. Classes are self-contained so you can drop in to an individual class or attend the whole series.
A great opportunity to learn how to meditate and to integrate a meditation practice into your daily life.

How to join in?

Please use Rothesay Avenue entrance to the parking lot. Park at Baby City and use those steps to come up to the Upper Level courtyard.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the event starts to register and settle in. We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking.
After the class there are refreshments and an opportunity to ask questions informally, meet other people.
