In this series, which is perfect for both newcomers and those more experienced meditators. We will be exploring the relationship between meditation, happiness and a deeper sense of purpose in our lives. Buddhist meditation teaches us how to access and maintain inner confidence, even when experiencing difficulties. Connecting to the natural peace within our mind opens us up to recognizing and identifying with the potential for happiness, love and other good qualities that exist within each and every one of us. The emphasis will be on how to integrate our practice of training the mind with every aspect of our life: work, family, friends, down-time etc.

What to expect at a class:
Guided Meditation
A short guided breathing meditation to connect and experience some inner peace. No prior experience is necessary.
Short Talk
Every week the teachings explore one aspect of Buddha’s teachings, which focus on solutions to our everyday problems
Conclusion
We conclude with a meditation based on the teaching of that day. You’re welcome to stay for a cup of tea and a chat.
