Join us on this 20-Day Self Guided Meditation Challenge and feel the incredible differences this practice can have in your life.

The 20 Day Self Guided Meditation Challenge will conclude with a Guided Group Meditation on Spring Day (1st September) at our centre’s Open House. 

To participate in the Challenge all you need to do is Enrol online or pick up your meditation calendar at the centre.
