In this meditation series, you  will learn how to meditate, or how to develop your meditation practice further,  as well as receive clear methods for a healthier, happier Life.

Gen Kelsang Mila will show how you can transform life’s difficulties such as Anxiety and Worry, into valuable spiritual insights, improve your relationships, and bring greater patience, empathy and compassion into your daily life.

After the class there is free tea and coffee, and an opportunity to ask questions informally, meet other people.

How to join in?
In Person at Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Center

The Woods, 345 Jan Smuts Ave, Upper level, Craighall Park, 2196

Please use Rothesay Avenue entrance to the parking lot. Park at Baby City and use those steps to come up to the Upper Level courtyard.

Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the event starts to register and settle in.  We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking.
