Advice for a Happy Life with Gen Kelsang Mila
How to Breathe in, Tune Out, Meditate, Restore Your Energy. ( in person & online)
Family & Healing relationships.
Family life brings both love and challenges, and Buddha’s teachings offer simple, practical methods to bring more patience, understanding, and peace into these connections.
Since the real purpose of meditation is to increase our capacity to help others, taking time each day to meditate is not selfish.
We have to manage our time and energy in such a way that we can be of maximum benefit to others. And to do this, effectively, we need time alone to recover our strength, collect our thoughts, and see things in perspective. – Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
