Guided Meditation Sessions – For Living a Full Life
Come and learn practically how to train every day in meditations that can uplift and protect your mind from negativity.
Learn about the importance of consistent practice in training the mind. Just as we dedicate time to learning practical skills like medicine, education, or even boxing, we need to actively learn how to protect our minds from anger, jealousy, and other delusions.
Through daily practice, you can make Dharma, Buddha’s teachings, part of your life, creating inner peace and improving relationships with others. When Dharma moves beyond mere words into our hearts and actions, it becomes the foundation of your happiness and a source of benefit for everyone around you.
The Retreat will be guided by senior students of Vajrapani Kadampa Buddhist Centre.
You are welcome to bring your own vegetarian lunch or there are many restaurants to choose from in the Centre.
We would love to see you. Everyone is welcome.
