Retreat – Live Easy – Moving on from the Past with Gen Kelsang Mila
We all carry parts of the past with us—memories, regrets, and habits that quietly weigh on the heart. This retreat offers a chance to pause, reflect, and gently let go of what no longer serves.
Through guided meditation and simple, practical teachings, we’ll explore how to make peace with the past and live more easily in the present. By cultivating acceptance, forgiveness, and clarity, we create space for greater ease, joy, and inner freedom.
Come as you are. Leave lighter
