Course : Grief and Loss with Colinda Linde

The experience of loss is universal. Grief is a natural response, but we don’t have to get stuck there.

The end of a relationship, the death of a loved one, or we may simply feel that things will never be the same and are mourning the past. Perhaps many things are leaving us saddened.

Colinda Linde will share how in Buddha’s teachings we find wisdom that allows us to skillfully move through our grief, heal our pain, and find a renewed vision for a meaningful life. We can be happy again.

About the Teacher:  

Colinda Linde is an experienced teacher who is a student on the Teacher Training Program. She shows a wonderful example, combining a busy professional and family life and modern-day Buddhist practitioner.

Please use the Rothesay Avenue entrance to the parking lot. Park at Baby City and use those steps to come up to the upper level courtyard.

You are invited to arrive 15  minutes before the event starts to register and settle in or have a cup of tea or coffee.  We have a book shop to browse, water on sale, and it is helpful to bring a pen and notebook if you would like to take notes. There is secure and ample parking.
