Join our 15 Day  Meditation Challenge: Developing a Balanced Mind.

You can pick up your meditation calendar at the centre.

Zoom online: A WhatsApp group will be created for all participants that will include these links where relevant.

Please arrive a few  minutes before the event starts to register and settle in.  We have a book shop to browse, water on sale. There is secure and ample parking.
