Meditation for a Busy Mind with Colinda Linde
In this day and age, it is hard to find even a moment when our mind is peaceful and at rest. It often feels like the only relief from the busyness of our mind is going to sleep.
Meditation is the key to bringing peace and calm to our mind and life. This class offers a practical introduction: guided meditations, a clear explanation of how to meditate, and advice on using meditation to free the mind from stress and anxiety.
Just 10 or 15 minutes of breathing meditation each day can:
- Bring a greater sense of peace and contentment
- Give you more control over your mind
- Reduce stress and help you cope
- Develop a calm, spacious mind
- Improve your relationships
Everybody welcome. No experience necessary.
