Public Talk : Finding Peace in Difficult Times with Gen Mila
How Meditation Can Help You
A public talk exploring how Buddhist wisdom and meditation can help you develop positive minds, cultivate inner peace, and bring more love, patience, and compassion into our daily lives.
How to meet life’s challenges with greater calm, patience, and confidence?
Every day brings difficulties — from small annoyances like traffic and frustrations to bigger challenges such as conflict, disappointment, or loss.
We can’t always control what happens, but we can learn to change how we respond and what we experience within.
In this practical and uplifting evening, you’ll learn simple meditations and ways of thinking, inspired by Buddhist wisdom to:
✨ reduce stress and anxiety
✨ develop greater calm and patience
✨ become more peaceful and resilient
✨ respond to difficult situations with greater confidence
Whether you’re completely new to meditation or have some experience, you’re warmly invited.
