Giving Love with Gen Kelsang Mila
The Healing Power of Cherishing Others
A meditation on cherishing others – thinking that others are important, and that their happiness and freedom are important.
Giving love simply means learning to cherish others; believing that their happiness and freedom are important. If everyone learnt to cherish others, most of the problems in human society would be solved within a few years.
With regular practice, these meditations help to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others.
Everybody is Welcome.
