The Beauty of Patience & Respect with John Vlismas
Becoming the Architect Of Your Happiness
What if happiness isn’t something that happens to you — but something you build?
Most of us spend our lives reacting to the world around us, hoping the right circumstances will finally make us feel okay. But ancient wisdom — and a surprising amount of modern science — points to the same insight: the mind itself is the source of lasting happiness, and we can learn to shape it.
In this accessible, 30-minute guided meditation, you’ll be led by John Vlismas who will share beautiful insights from the New Eight Steps to Happines by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso on how to become the architect of your happiness.
No need to wear special clothing. Dress comfortably. We sit on chairs. We have a book shop to browse, water on sale. There is secure and ample parking.
