Transforming Conflict into Growth with Gen Kelsang Mila
Overcoming Conflict with Wisdom and Compassion. Meditations for navigating difficult relationships, challenging emotions, and inner conflict with clarity and peace.
Conflict is a natural part of life — at work, at home, and even within our own mind. Yet without the right tools, it can leave us feeling hurt, reactive, or stuck.
In this meditation series, discover how Buddhist wisdom and compassion help us understand the roots of conflict and respond in healthier, more constructive ways. Through teachings, guided meditations, and practical advice, you’ll learn how to transform tension into patience, empathy, and inner strength.
