An Introduction to Tantra Workshop with Gen Kelsang Mila
Buddha’s Tantric teachings harness the power of meditation and imagination, guided by wisdom, to bring about profound inner transformation.
Often described as a “quick path to enlightenment,” these practices dissolve our ordinary sense of a limited self and invite us to identify with our pure potential—the potential to embody the body, speech, and mind of an enlightened Tantric deity.
By engaging our imagination in this skilful way, we begin to experience our spiritual potential not as a distant ideal, but as a living experience in the present moment.
Gen Mila will explain the symbolism of the Vajra and Bell and the The Tantric Vows and Commitments that if we keep purely, we can identify thoroughly with our enlightened potential of body, speech and mind.
A wonderful preparation for the International Kadampa Summer Festival Highest Yoga Tantra Empowerments at Manjushri Kadampa Meditation Centre this year.
